Disclosed is a carbon nano tube cement based composite sensor testing system. A strain sensor unit is made of a carbon nano tube cement based composite sensor, the strain sensor unit is embedded into a to-be-tested node to monitor civil engineering project structural load and effects in real time and output in forms of electric signals. A temperature humidity compensation sensor unit is place at the node to monitor area temperature humidity indexes. The carbon nano tube cement based composite sensor and the temperature humidity compensation sensor form a sensor subsystem. A data acquisition processing and communication system is configured to transmit data wirelessly by the support of a power supply unit and a radio frequency power amplifier. A base station node receives and processes data information, a gateway device connected with the base station node is used for converting wireless sensor network protocols into IP (internet protocol) so as to form a base station together. Data is transmitted to a monitoring center through the Internet to build the healthy engineering structure monitoring system based on a wireless sensor network.
