Abstract

本发明首选是提供一种用于在水合肼合成反应中的复配催化剂,其是:质量比为2:3的硫酸镁和EDTA。在此基础上,本发明进一步提供一种水合肼合成方法,包括以下步骤:将尿素溶解于水中,与次氯酸钠和烧碱溶液混成的料液反应制得粗肼,即氧化液,在低温下反应一定时间;接着,加入复配催化剂,边搅拌边迅速升温至高温,在高温下反应一定时间;然后通过真空蒸馏除去NaOH、NaCl、Na2CO3、分馏制得淡肼水溶液、蒸发进一步浓缩制得液体产品水合肼。本发明采用独特的高效复配催化剂,缩短了氧化时间,降低了反应温度,抑制了副反应的发生,提高了产品质量和收率,并且该工艺流程简单,可降低生产能耗,原料价廉、无三废产生,实现了清洁生产。
The invention firstly provides a compound catalyst used in a synthesis reaction of hydrazine hydrate. The compound catalyst comprises magnesium sulphate and EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) in mass ratio of 2:3. The invention further provides a synthesis method of hydrazine hydrate, comprising the following steps of: dissolving urine into water, reacting with feed liquid which is a mixture of sodium hypochlorite and a sodium hydroxide solution to obtain crude hydrazine, namely an oxidation solution, and reacting for a certain time at a low temperature; then adding the compound catalyst, quickly heating to a high temperature while stirring, and reacting for a certain time at a high temperature; and then removing NaOH, NaCl and Na2CO3 by virtue of vacuum distillation, carrying out fractional distillation to obtain a diluted hydrazine aqueous solution, and evaporating and further concentrating to obtain a liquid product hydrazine hydrate. The synthesis method provided by the invention adopts a unique and efficient compound catalyst, so that oxidation time is shortened, reaction temperature is reduced, a side reaction is inhibited, and product quality is improved and yield is increased; and a technological process is simple, production energy consumption can be reduced, raw materials are cheap, and no three wastes are produced, so that clean production is realized.
