Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of bearing production and discloses a ball bearing retainer production process. The production process includes steps: 1, fusing iron into molten iron at high temperature, controlling As content within 0.004-0.005%, shaping, and cooling; 2, cleaning the surface of the obtained shaped part; 3, putting in 12% dilute sulphuric acid for acidification; 4, flushing with clean water for 5 minutes; 5, phosphating after the surface is dried by air: namely putting into phosphoric acid solution of 3-8% for phosphating, and slowly stirring for 45 minutes; 6, flushing with clean water; and 7, soaking in oil for two minutes. The ball bearing retainer production process has the advantages that a bearing retainer produced by the process is higher than conventional retainers in tensile strength, elongation rate, abrasion resistance and hardness, and the surface of a body of the bearing retainer is provided with a polyether-ether-ketone plastic layer, so that the service life of the bearing retainer is prolonged.
一种球轴承保持架生产工艺,属于轴承生产技术领域。具体步骤如下:1、高温将铁融合成铁水,As含量控制在0.004%-0.005%,成型、冷却;2、对得到的成型件进行表面清洗;4、清水冲洗5分钟;5、待表面风干后,进行磷化处理,在3%-8%的磷酸溶液中放置磷化处理,并缓慢搅拌,持续45分钟;6、清水冲洗5分钟;7、油浸2分钟。其有益效果是:利用本工艺生产的轴承保持架抗拉强度、延伸率、耐磨性、硬度均高于传统保持架,本体表面还有聚醚醚酮塑料层,延长轴承保持架使用寿命。
